Wahlbetrug in Dortmund?

 Dortmund - Die Dortmunder Bürgerinnen und Bürger haben am 30. August bei der Wahl des Oberbürgermeisters ihre Stimmen abgegeben und werden sie nicht mehr wiederbekommen. Ullrich Sierau von der SPD hat die meisten davon bekommen und darf sechs Jahre lang Oberbürgermeister sein. Nicht gewusst haben will der Stadtdirektor Sierau, was seine Wähler erst am Tag nach der Wahl erfuhren: Die Stadt verhängte eine Haushaltssperre, weil sich ein Loch von 100 Millionen Euro auftat. Vor der Wahl waren die finanziellen Verhältnisse der Stadt von den Genossen noch als "in Ordnung" dargestellt worden. Jetzt macht der Vorwurf des "Wahlbetrugs" die Runde. Nicht nur in Dortmund, wie in der Rheinischen Post zu lesen war.
